Rule 26
Visa Transfer
According to Rule 25, in case a foreigner has obtained a travel permit or lost an old passport or obtained a new passport after its expiration date, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the case of diplomatic or formal visas and the department in the case of other visas may transfer the visa to the passport or travel permit.
